It's inevitable all our parents are going to need help at some point, and for too long we’ve all just waited for something to happen to know when to start helping more…but not anymore.
When you sign up for ParentCare, you'll have everything you need to be helpful and supportive as your Mom/Dad get older, as well as the peace of mind that you're doing everything you could/should.

After you sign up, you'll be directed to a brief questionnaire to answer a few questions about your living proximity to your parents, their age, and any concerns you have as they get older.
You'll then receive a personalized monthly email with simple ways to help, your own ParentCare account to find and save everything you'll need, and have your own ParentCare Guide to help with absolutely anything along the way.
Also, if you have an immediate question or situation you would like help with, your Guide can get started within 24 hours.
Don't wait, sign up today and know you'll have everything you need as your Mom/Dad get older.
Because it’s not a “fun thing” to think about, we don’t like to acknowledge that our parents will die someday, and it’s going to “not be fun” having to handle things when they start to decline.
Well….it doesn’t have to be that way, and when you sign up for ParentCare, you have everything you need to easily help, get organized, and have peace of mind as they get older.
We have a 100% guarantee for ParentCare. If you are not happy for any reason, we will immediately issue you a refund. It’s that simple. Helping your parents as they get older is hard enough, we want to make it an absolute no-brainer to try ParentCare and see for yourself.
Sign up today and ensure peace of mind as your parents get older.
When you sign up for ParentCare, you get access to a ParentCare Guide, a point person who can handle any question, make recommendations, or assist with just about anything…all from an email or a text.
We have years and years of experience and can save you so much time and stress. Here are just a few of the requests we get every day from our clients:
- My Mom just got diagnosed with cancer, she lives in Sarasota, Florida, how can I help more even though I don’t live nearby?
- My Dad has a 20 year old phone, what type of phone should I get him and can you create some “parent-friendly” instructions for him?
- My Mom tripped getting out of her shower…it’s time to have rails put in it, can you find me the most reputable builder or plumber to do this in Mill Valley, California?
- I have 3 siblings, only 1 of which wants to help more with our Mom, can you create a plan for us to split up the duties?
You don’t have to go it alone, let a ParentCare Guide help with everything.
With an Individual or Family Plan, you get 3 hours of research or support on any topic of your choosing.
With a VIP or Concierge Plan, you get 10 additional hours of research or support on any pressing topic or concern throughout the year. With all options you can add more hours throughout the year as needed.
When you sign up for ParentCare, you can also determine if you want any other family members to have access to your ParentCare Guide - it could be a sibling or even your Mom or Dad directly if you want your Guide to ever help them directly with things like technology (where we have a lot of patience and expertise in explaining things).
All work done on your behalf is documented and recorded, and you approve when more hours are wanted.
Save so much time and stress by having ParentCare Guide as as your parents get older.
If you approve this, yes. One of the questions we ask first after you sign up is do you want your Guide to accept requests from your parents or your siblings. You can approve a specific request or even direct your Guide to work specifically with a family member. This could be talking to your sibling about how best they could help or even talking to your parent and explaining to them how to set up their new iPhone. You get to approve everything before your Guide does anything, and it all counts towards your amount of hours that are a part of your plan - and you can add more hours at any time as needed.
Let your ParentCare Guide save you hours and hours on the things you approve.
When you sign up for ParentCare, you’ll immediately have an account that helps so much with getting organized, and knowing you have one place to find and save everything you'll need.
You'll also find in your account simple ways to help your parents and access to our resources on how to handle just about every situation you'll inevitably face as your Mom/Dad get older.

See how helping them with even just simple things makes their day, and makes you a hero!
We’ve seen it happen way too many times, where a sibling is frustrated with another sibling, or even the spouse of a sibling is resentful. Whether it’s one sibling lives closer, one helps more financially, or one is completely checked out, all too often family dynamics rear their ugly head. It doesn’t have to be this way!
Let your ParentCare Guide create a Family Plan that gets everyone helping and happy. Plus, by giving them access to the ParentCare Account, it makes it so much easier to get everyone on the same page. Your Guide can even talk individually to each family member and see what they’d be comfortable helping with to make it easier (and yes, we’ve handled all personality types!).
Click here to see an example of a Family Plan we did for one of our clients. Keep in mind this is updated every year for our client based on how her parents are doing, new health issues or situations her parents are facing, how many times she and her siblings are visiting this year, and any other things recommended by her ParentCare Guide.
We hear time and again from clients that these are some of the reasons they are so appreciative they learned about ParentCare:
- For too long our generation has waiting for something to happen before getting more involved, ParentCare enables you to be proactively helpful in such an easy way
- ParentCare can take family dynamics and hurt feelings out of the equation by providing a plan for how everyone in the family can help
- Your Guide can tee you up with exactly what to help your parents with on your next visit, even providing instructions for how to explain things simply to them
- When only one parent is alive, ParentCare provides an effective way to be your parent’s support person but not have it be so overwhelming
- Peace of mind that you are helping them with the right things at their current age/stage and feeling good about stepping up and being there for them
- If/when an emergency does occur, having a Guide you trust to immediately help with things saves you so much time and stress
Our first priority is always to serve our existing clients, and if you ever sign up for ParentCare, you will see how much we value and love helping our clients.
We only have a certain number of Guides, and are very careful to maintain the right number of clients to provide an outstanding level of service. Every client has an eventual emergency, and that’s when we often shine the most in providing support for them.
We are also very selective about the ParentCare Guides we hire - every one must go through our training program and have direct experience working with or helping their own aging parents. This real world experience makes such a difference.
We do not have a waiting list currently, but this is subject to change at any time. Click here to see our pricing and plans.
No problem - click here to schedule a call with us and we’d be happy to answer any of your questions.
